Scotty Show family, I’m starting something new! “The Dog Bowl” with Suncoast Animal Leage.
I want to find homes for all these dogs this week! Over the years I’ve learned what a special connection you and a rescue pet has.
All of my pugs have been rescues, and all 5 of them have changed Stef and I’s lives. You want to talk love? Nuttin’ like that “fur baby love,” as my friend @katieradio1 says.
I want to see how many of these faces we can find forever homes for this week!! Suncoast Animal Leage is LEGIT as I love to say.
Their fee’s are really reasonable and all the dogs/cats have all had their vaccines, are microchipped & spayed/neutered.
Here’s the links to get at Suncoast Animal Leage and grab one of these love bugs.

Below are the snugglers we have this week.
Siri is as pretty as she is sweet! Siri, is a Corgi mix and she can be timid when you first meet her, but then quickly becomes your best buddy once she gets to know and trust you. She would like to be in a home where her people are home a lot. Siri is affectionate and friendly. She is active and playful but also likes to cuddle on the couch. She is housebroken, crate trained and is good with most dogs her size(35lbs) and she wants to play with cats. And if you have any questions, just ask Siri.
If you are interested in adopting Siri contact Suncoast Animal League at adoptions@suncoastanimalleague.org

Lucy
We all need someone to love and trust and Lucy is no exception. Beautiful and smart, Lucy, 4 yrs old and 58lbs, needs an experienced owner that can help her be the best that she can be. She is housebroken and crate trained. She loves being petted, butt-scratches and belly rubs, who doesn't!. Lucy can solve puzzles, knows commands and is highly trainable. Must be her border collie side! She does well with SPA treatments ,such as, baths and nail trims. Lucy can be anxious when seeing other dogs on walks but with gentle redirection she does well walking with other dogs at the shelter. Lucy is sensitive but once she feels safe with you , she will be your best friend. She needs a quiet home, lots of attention, a 6ft fenced yard, probably an only pet and someone who will take the time to win her trust. Basically, Lucy needs a chance to succeed.
If you feel like you could be the one to love Lucy, contact Suncoast Animal League at adoptions@suncoastanimalleague.org
Dory
Dory is a "Potcake." A Potcake is what they call the mix breeds in the Bahamas, where she is from. Dory is an active girl who is super smart. She is playful, curious, affectionate, friendly and loveable! She is housebroken and crate trained. She loves both running, playing, and relaxing in the yard, therefore she will need a 6ft fenced in back yard.. She can be anxious when she first sees other dogs but has warmed up to other dogs in the shelter once she gets to know tham. The 2yr old,45lb, Dory needs a family where someone is home a lot and can give her the love, time and attention she needs and deserves. She will be a wonderful, faithful and active companion.
If you want to get away to the Bahamas then why not adopt Dory, she's a trip herself! Contact Suncoast Animal League at adoptions@suncoastanimalleague.org.
Meet Christopher!
It was a cold November night when a small, hairless, vision impaired, exhausted senior dog was found clinging to life on a rock pile in a Pasco County canal. Once Pasco County Animal Services retreived the dog from the chilly water, Suncoast Animal League was called in to help. "Christopher" is now doing quite well and is well adjusted. He does, however, have some physical issues that are age (12 or 13 yrs) related, including diabetes. The 18lb Terrier mix walks well on a leash and loves car rides. He is also great with other dogs, cats and people of all ages. A home without pool access or stairs would be best for him. Yes, Christopher has special needs so he needs someone special. Could that special someone be you?
Betty
She is a Golden Girl ! In fact, she was named in honor of the late Betty White. Betty came to Suncoast Animal League after she and her seven, 5 week old puppies were confiscated from a neglect situation. This beautiful 7 year old Blue Tick hound is as active and ornery as her namesake. As with most large hounds, Betty needs a 6 foot fence to stretch her long legs, exercise her 75lb body and get full usage of her houndy nose. She would like another dog in the house, she barks at stray cats when on walks but doesn't seem to mind them in her house. Betty likes to keep busy and loves getting out and about. As far as country music goes, she can throw back her head and serenade with the best of them.
