I had no idea 3D printed rockets even existed! But they do, and one is scheduled to launch from Cape Canaveral tonight!
A company called Relativity Space is expected to launch its Terran 1 rocket, called “GLHF” (Good Luck, Have Fun), during a Wednesday evening launch window that opens at 10 p.m.
The rocket is 110 feet tall and 6.5 feet wide, and is the largest 3D printed object in the world. In addition to the body, the rocket's engines are also 3D printed!
HERE is more info on the rocket and launch. HERE is a link to the livestream if you want to watch it go.
