The Humane Society of Tampa Bay (along with MANY shelters) are over capacity, and will be holding a Clear The Shelter event on August 27th! From 10am to 5pm, they will waive adoption fees on dogs, cats, and pocket pets (rabbits, guinea pigs, etc). When you adopt a pet from HSTB, they will be spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and cleared for adoption by the house veterinarian.
PLEASE consider adoption rather than purchase if you are looking to add a furry member to your family. It breaks my heart to know there are millions of healthy, loving, wonderful companions in shelters...meanwhile there are people out there breeding and selling animals for profit.
