Meet Betty, the world's oldest trapeze artist!

Meet Betty Goedhart, the world's oldest trapeze artist. Betty has landed herself a spot in the Guinness World Record Book for being the oldest woman to fly the trapeze, and y'all, she is AMAZING!

First of all, LOOK AT HER!! Are we sure she's 86? Because she looks MUCH younger (that's just proof that staying active keeps you young!). Secondly, she didn't even start learning trapeze until she was 78. She grew up going to the circus and admiring the women on the trapeze, but never followed her dream of becoming one until 8 years ago when a friend convinced her to give it a try.

This story makes me so happy! It's never too late to follow your dream, go after a goal, or learn a new skill. And this is a great example of how staying active can make you look and feel much younger than your actual years. Go Betty!
