Here's how much sleep you need to look refreshed.

You've heard people talk about needing their "beauty sleep" before, and maybe you thought the idea of beauty sleep was a crock. Well, it's true that you DO look better when you're well rested. Face it, NO ONE looks great when they're exhausted and running on 2 hours of sleep and a pot of coffee. 

Well, if you want to look refreshed and healthy, experts have discovered the exact amount of sleep you need. 

They say you should be in bed at 9:45pm, and wake up at 6:55am. 

That's 9 hours and 10 minutes of sleep a night! 

LOLOLOL!!! Wouldn't THAT be nice?! I don't know one single adult with a full time job and a family who is able to make this happen. No way! I don't even have kids and I consider myself lucky if I get 7 hours. Nine would be miraculous...but I KNOW that no parents are getting 9 hours. 

But if you were able to make 9 hours of sleep happen, experts say you'd have clearer, better skin, and brighter eyes. Not to mention the energy of a 3-year-old on Red Bull.
