This week, the weather has been chilly and windy, and I'm NOT into it. But the weekend? That's a whole other story! It'll be in the mid-70s by Saturday with sunny skies, which means it's a perfect time to go have some fun!
This Saturday and Sunday, it's the final weekend of the Bay Area Renaissance Festival at MOSI in Tampa. Each weekend of BARF (yep, that's the real acronym for it!) has a different theme, and this weekend's theme is High Seas Adventure. Translation: Pirates! Get dressed up and go have some fun! Or don't get dressed up. Whatever. Just go. You'll enjoy it!

In Palmetto, it's the 2018 DeSoto Seafood Festival, now in its 32nd year! Eat yummy seafood (and some land food too) from great Florida restaurants, and enjoy live music from Eric Paslay, Craig Wayne Boyd, and more! Admission is free! WOO!

Locash at Ed Smith Stadium in Sarasota. On Saturday, the Orioles play their final Spring Training game against the Twins, followed by post-game fireworks. Then on Sunday, Locash will play a show at Ed Smith, and the ticket proceeds benefit Sarasota Academy of the Arts. A good time for a good cause!
