Stuff to do this weekend!


This is always such a great time of year in Tampa Bay, because the weather is awesome, and there's lots of stuff on the calendar. Check out what's happening this weekend:

St Pete Grand Prix: This is exactly what it sounds like--crazy-fast cars racing thru the streets of Downtown St Pete! It's happening March 9-11, and you can get all the details, like course maps, parking, schedules, and places to eat HERE.

Bay Area Renaissance Festival: Each weekend of BARF (yes, that's the official acronym) has a different theme. This weekend's theme is Barbaria Brew. That means BEER! Plus there's a beard competition, so if you've got some manly facial hair to show off, now's the time. Here's the info.

Valspar Championship: This golf tournament is held annually at Innisbrook (Pinellas County), and features some major names in golf. Plus, after conclusion of play on Saturday, Jake Owen and Dustin Lynch will perform, and the concert is included with your admission to the tournament. HERE are the details.

World's Biggest Bounce House: You heard right! And it's headed to Tampa Bay! Head to Wesley Chapel to bounce away your troubles! Info here.

Gasparilla Music Festival: The annual two-day festival is back for those seeking a taste of Tampa‚Äôs local flavor and some great tunes. Tonight Show house band, The Roots, indie rock heroes, Father John Misty and Spoon are some of the headlines at this must-see event for music fans. Food and dancing too. Info HERE.

Moonlight Movies, featuring "Beauty and the Beast:" The Sarasota Film Festival presents a moonlight movie at Nathan Benderson Park. It's free! Bring a chair and enjoy! Details here.
