Secret to Long Life: Beer & Potato Chips


This woman is my hero!

Matilda Curcia of San Francisco celebrated her 100th birthday this week, and, naturally, she was asked about the secret to her long and healthy life. Her answer? Beer and potato chips. Yesssss! "I have no pain and do my exercises every day," she said. "And have my beer. Eat my potato chips. That's about all."

Matilda says she exercised daily, drinks one beer and eats three potato chips every day (THREE?! Who can eat just THREE chips??!!). She either walks or rides her bike every day, along with her best friend, whose birthday is just four days after hers.
