I'm so inspired by this story!
There's a 33-year-old guy in London named Gwilym Pugh. When he was in his 20s, he worked as a life insurance salesman and packed on 100 pounds because of his sedentary lifestyle.
Then, almost a decade ago, he decided he wanted to get healthy. So he started working out and eating better. He lost 98 pounds. He grew a hipster beard. And suddenly, everyone realized he was SUPER handsome.
So . . . he became a male model.
And he's done so well at it that he's now modeling for GQ, Diesel, and David Beckham's grooming products brand House 99.
His before and after photos are INSANE. He doesn't even look like the same dude!
What's awesome about Gwilym (that's a name, huh?) is that he did it all the old fashioned way. No surgery or quick-fix programs. Just straight-up healthy eating and exercise (aka: hard work and discipline). And yes, he's super attractive!
ps--Dudes, if you ever think that maybe you're not handsome enough, grow a beard. For real. This Gwilym guy is proof that beards change lives.
