Brian Northrup got sick and tired of hearing from trainers and fitness gurus that “you can’t outwork a bad diet,” so he put the theory to the test by eating a pizza every single day for an entire year.
He ended up maintaining a healthy weight and even kept his muscles toned during his Instagram project, which he calls the “PIZZAPOCALYPSE.”
Brian said he was able to get results by changing his mental approach to fitness. He now eats more so he can work out more, instead of working out more so that he can eat more.
Y'all, I work out HARD 5 days a week. I don't know what kind of magic drug he's eating with this pizza, but if I ate like that, I wouldn't fit in my pants. BOOOO!
