An art installation depicting conditions at Alligator Alcatraz on display in Miami Beach as Amnesty International releases a new report on conditions at the migrant detention center in the Everglades. Spokeswoman Amy Fischer says the installation, "Cruelty is Their Point, but Another World is Possible" shows detainees being starved, shackled and locked in cages as they wait for hearings. The report is being sent to the White House and Governor DeSantis in the hopes the facility will be shut down for human rights violations.
