South Florida baseball is a step closer to coming back.
Beginning Tuesdays, members of the Miami Marlins' 40 man roster can head to Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium in Jupiter for individual workouts.
According to a report, players can use the batting cages and pitching mounds, but they can not go in the clubhouse.
This year's Major League Baseball season was put on hold in the middle of spring training.
MLB and the Players Association are working on a deal to get the season started.
