CLEARWATER -- Residents of ten Pinellas County cities and towns are going to the polls Tuesday (15).
On the Ides of March, Clearwater is choosing two city council members, in what are perhaps the most contentious races in the county.
David Albritton, Maranda Douglas and Gerry Lee face off for Seat 4 and Aaron Smith-Levin, Lina Teixeira, and Jonathan R. Wade Sr. are contesting the open Seat 5.
Tarpon Springs is choosing a mayor and three commissioners, Oldsmar is picking a mayor, a council member and voting on 11 charter amendments.
Seven other cities are voting on combinations of council members, commissioners and charter issues. For example, Belleair is voting on whether to require a public referendum to abolish the town police department.
