Get ready to lose an hour of sleep Sunday as clocks "spring forward" at 2 a.m. for Daylight Saving Time. Sleep expert Dr. John Huber says the one hour takes a toll on people so be extra careful driving--it will be darker earlier creating one of the deadliest days on the roadways. Senators Marco Rubio and Rick Scott are still pushing the Sunshine Protection Act which would make daylight saving time permanent across the country. Rubio says changing clocks is an antiquated practice that's no longer needed. Daylight Saving Time will continue until November 6th.
