Two State Troopers got a surprise while they were patrolling in an undercover mustang looking for aggressive drivers.
They were pulled over by an all-black Dodge Charger fully decked out with Police lights and gear.
They were even more surprised once they spoke with the man and realized he was in fact NOT a law enforcement officer.
