Old Dominion Shares Three Previously Unreleased Tracks For Fans

Old Dominion has been posting demos of some of their unreleased songs on Instagram over the past few weeks. Fans loved what they heard and immediately flooded the comments to ask the band to release the full tracks.

Due to popular demand and with extra time on their hands during quarantine, the band decided to record official versions of the songs. On Friday (May 29) the studio version of three old songs dropped for fans.

The first is "I'm On It," which almost made the track listing for the band's debut Meat and Candy album. The track was cut last minute to make room for a song they wrote last minute which fans now know and love called "Song For Another Time."

Next, the group shared the studio version of "Can't Get You," which some fans might recognize as the live version of the some appeared on Old Dominions sophomore album, Happy Endings.

The third of the three new releases is "Goes Without Saying," which they initially recorded for an independent EP that came out before their record deal.

Last month, Old Dominion shared the emotional new music video for "Some People Do," which shows how one simple act of kindness can lead to major transformation.

The clip, directed by Mason Allen, was inspired by a man named Jason Schneidman who was at one point homeless and struggling with drug and alcohol additions. He eventually turned his life around and became a celebrity hairstylist. He also started Men's Groomer Foundation, which helps provide haircuts for homeless in Los Angeles.

In the video the band, consisting of Matthew Ramsey, Trever Rosen, Whit Sellers, Geoff Sprung and Brad Tursi, joined Schneidman on his mission. Footage is shown of them giving out haircuts and meals to the local homeless community.
