If I could change one thing in my life right now it would be how up and down my sleep is.
It’s funny I came across this article because I’m currently changing some habits to fix my sleep as we speak. There’s some good tips in here.
I just cut my caffeine to one coffee a day, and that’s it. Sure it’s hard, but it’s already making a huge difference. I’ve also learned that I have to train daily to sleep correctly. If I don’t I’ll have to much nervous energy to relax. I don’t know, just some suggestions.
