The Charlie Daniels Band is playing the St Pete Beach Bike Fest at the Tradewinds next weekend (Nov 20-22, more info HERE). The show is free, so you should definitely go! Charlie called to talk about the show, and we chatted about his 6 decade long career, his foundation to help veterans, and why he's not afraid to speak his mind about politics. And ps-- the first time I ever went to Nashville, my husband and I saw a show at the Grand Ol' Opry, and the CDB was on the bill that night. So Charlie Daniels will always be a part of my first Opry memory...I was super excited to get to speak with him!
