An employee at a Madeira Beach McDonald's has been fired after refusing to serve an EMT.
The employee said, "We don't serve badges here," and denied service to the emergency responder. The EMT, who wished to remain anonymous, shared the story on social media. McDonald's issued a statement saying that the employee has been terminated, and that their behavior doesn't reflect the beliefs of the corporation.
All I'm saying is, if you refuse to serve ANY first responder, you better not bother calling 911 if you ever have an emergency!
