I don't know, I see the object pretty clearly. There's something (looks like a pipe?) blocking a place where this driver wants to park. Maybe he didn't see it? Maybe he thought he could push it over? I don't know. But he backs into it. Then he runs into it from the front. Then he attaches a rope to it and tries to PULL IT OUT...unsuccessfully.
Give it up dude, you're not parking there! Why is this such a difficult concept to grasp?!
