Losing even a little bit of sleep is really bad for you!

According to a new study, losing as few as 16 minutes of sleep can have an impact on your workday. Uh oh!

It seems that being just a little bit tired ends up causing interference in your brain that leads to poor work performance. And things get worse if there are multiple days of lost sleep. Productivity -- and health -- decline very quickly.

I feel best on 8.5 hours of sleep, but most nights I get about 6. I know most of y'all don't get as much sleep as you'd like. Sounds like we all need to make sleep a bigger priority!
