Carrie Underwood involved in lawsuit over Sunday Night Football song

Carrie Underwood, the NFL, and NBC Networks are being sued for copyright infringement for the Sunday Night Football song, "Game On," performed by Carrie. The songwriter's name is Heidi Merrill, and she claims that she wrote a song called "Game On" in 2016 and pitched it to Underwood's producer, but was rejected.

Merrill alleges that the "Game On" song used as the opening for Sunday Night football is a ripoff of her work, and she is suing for copyright violation. Merrill's "Game On" was uploaded to YouTube in 2017.

A representative for NBC Sports said the network doesn't comment on pending litigation.

Here are both songs so you can take a listen. What do you think?
