I can only assume some deadbeat loser dumped these poor kitties on an island in this lake. That's the only explanation for how they got there. But thankfully, these two fishermen were in the right place at the right time, and were able to rescue these adorable little nuggets!
As soon as the cats see the boat, they make a beeline for it! It's like they KNEW this was their only shot at getting rescued. As an animal lover, and a cat lover in particular, I'm very grateful for good people like this who make caring for animals a priority!
