What a great idea. Who doesn't want to live in Margaritta-ville?
Jimmy Buffett is creating a Margaritaville senior living center that will include 7000 homes, fitness facilities, lap pools, spas, live entertainment, personal beachfront access and plenty of booze!!! The first one is being built in Daytona Beach! Already over 10-thousand people have registered! Cost of the homes will be 250-300K - which is way reasonable.
This is going to be a gold mine for him and a great place for people to retire!
Think he will book shows at these places? I bet he does.
