GOT: Fans Spot VFX Mistake in Latest Episode of “House of the Dragon”

Obviously they completely missed this. I know I did. Fans were like, “If you're spending $20 million dollars per episode, you might want to over analyze for any mistakes.” I wonder how many sets of eyeballs this got by at HBO?
