Stef and I have been lucky enough to see Iceland.
As a mater of fact this eruption is happing very close to the world famous “Blue Lagoon.”
Which we were lucky, once again, actually able to experience it in person.
The lagoon is on the Reykjanes Peninsula in southwest Iceland, a region renowned for its barren landscapes and cone-shaped volcanoes.
It’s about a 30-minute drive from the capital city, Reykjavík.
