For those of you that have never heard of Jocko Willink, let me give you a little background.
Jocko is a retired Navy Seal who once held command in Seal Team 3. He served 20 years in the military and led Seal Team 3, Task Unit Bruiser, the most highly decorated US special operations unit of the Iraq War.
Oh, and he’s a legit Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. So he’s NO JOKE!
