Walking just 3 times a week can make you look and feel younger!

A new study found that getting into the habit of walking three times per week for just six months will boost your brain!

Sure, you might lose some weight and improve your cardiovascular health...but getting your heart pumping just three times a week will improve thinking skills and could reverse your brain’s aging by as much as nine years! That's amazing! 

Walking has also been shown to boost creativity and mood... so get out there and start walkin'!
