When my husband and I were buying our first home 3 years ago, one of the things I really loved was viewing properties. Even when it was a property I knew we weren't going to buy, I loved going inside and seeing the inside of other people's homes. Does that make me a creep? It totally makes me a creep. I always look at the pictures of properties that my realtor friends post, even though I have no desire to move. I am just always really curious.
Brian Kelley of Florida Georgia Line, and his wife Brittney, are selling their Nashville estate--called the Kelley Compound. It's 70 acres featuring 6 structures, including a treehouse recording studio and a teepee. Yes, a teepee. There are three homes on the property, plus a party barn (as you do) and a saloon (wait, do you really need a saloon if there's a party barn?).
Anyway, here it is! If you want it, it'll only cost you a measly $6.24 million. Actually, compared to Florida prices, I feel like that's not bad. Down here, you probably couldn't even get the empty land for that price.
