Dierks Bentley has been teasing big news for the last few days, and now we know what it is!
Dierks is putting together a multi-day music festival in Colorado, called the Seven Peaks Music Festival, over Labor Day weekend! Some of the artists on the bill--aside from Dierks himself--are Miranda Lambert, Brothers Osborns, LANco, Elle King, the Cadillac Three, and more to come.
The festival is named for the seven mountain peaks visible from the festival grounds in beautiful Bueno Vista, Colorado, and it coincides with the release of Dierks' forthcoming album, The Mountain. Dierks wrote the songs on the new album while holed up in the mountains of Colorado, and says the scenery really inspired the new music.
Dierks is also proud to be from the West, and is excited to bring a new country music festival Out West!
Info about the festival can be found HERE...the only bad news (well, it's not bad bad) is that we still don't know the release date of Dierks' new album! Although it's pretty safe to guess it'll be out by summer, in plenty of time to learn all the songs before the festival.
