South Florida may not be included in the governor's "Phase 2" reopening tomorrow, but there are some things reopening in Miami-Dade next week. With specific rules on social distancing and when it's important to wear masks, county gyms are reopening Monday at 50-percent capacity along with summer camps, dance and karate studios and private vacation rentals. Rentals will be limited to ten people or fewer. Mayor Carlos Gimenez says beaches will remain closed until the midnight curfew is lifted. No word yet on when that may be.
