Graphic Photo Sent To Former West Palm Beach Employee Was Not From Green

A former West Palm Beach city employee says she received a graphic picture, but it wasn't from the former city administrator, Jeff Green.

Mayor Keith James recently asked for Green's resignation, saying Green was involved in a text conversation that included the photo of a man's private parts. But according to an Equal Employment Opportunity complaint, the photo sent to Sharagay Esposito came from city contractor Willie Perez of Professional Security Consultants, which was just awarded the city's security contract.

The issue could result in a $180,000 settlement with Esposito, who showed the photo to her supervisor as she was being fired, and threatened to expose details about her personal relationships with Green.

City leaders will discuss the potential settlement at Monday's commission meeting.
