State Wants Another Extension In Case Against Robert Kraft

The state wants more time to file a brief in its appeal of a ruling in the case against New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft.

Prosecutors appealed the court's decision that audio and video secretly recorded at the Orchids of Asia Day Spa in Jupiter can't be used as evidence at Kraft's trial for prostitution solicitation.

First, the state filed a 30-day extension to appeal the ruling and now the Office of Solicitor General has filed for another 15-day extension with the Fourth District Court of Appeal.

Kraft's attorneys are fighting that.

The case against Kraft is on hold until this issue is handled.
