In the mid to late 90's sightings on Hulk Hogan in his red and yellow dodge viper were the talk of the town as the larger than life professional wrestler attempted to live a "normal" family life and raise two kids, while living with a giant spotlight on him. Around the same time Aaron Carter was dealing with his brothers fame, Nick and Brooke Hogan were navigating life as the kids of one of the biggest names on the planet! Chances are you have spent some time at one of the many Tampa area beach bars and heard this song come on. Bertie Higgins grew up in Tarpon Springs and went on to become a staple in Yacht Rock with "Key Largo"

Dwight Gooden AKA Doc Gooden grew up in Tampa Florida and made his MLB debut in 1984 for the Mets and very quickly established himself as one of the league's most talented pitchers. Gooden was suspended for the 1995 season after a positive drug test while serving a prior suspension. As a member of the Yankees in 1996, Gooden pitched a no-hitter and helped the team on its path to a World Series championship. In 2010, Gooden was inducted into the New York Mets Hall of Fame.

Gooden's troubles with addiction continued after his retirement from baseball and resulted in several arrests. He was incarcerated for seven months in 2006 after violating the terms of his probation.
