According to Tampa Bay Times Buccaneers beat reporter and WDAE morning show host Rick Stroud, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers and free agent safety Major Wright have come to terms on a one year contract.

The former Florida Gator was selected in the third round of the 2010 NFL Draft, Wright started 43 games over the past three seasons for the Chicago Bears. Wright was a selection of then Bears head coach Lovie Smith, with whom he'll reunite with in Tampa Bay.
