Former Dolphins head coach Tony Sparano will join the Buccaneers coaching staff, according to a report by Vic Tafur of the San Fransisco Chronicle Tuesday night.
Tafur says Raiders owner Mark Davis met with head coach Dennis Allen Tuesday and the main topic was his assistants. Reportedly Davis stressed they get one-year deals while Allen and GM Reggie McKenzie were pushing for two-year contracts. Apparently Sparano did not approve.
Sparano was the offensive line coach.
