AMY'S BLOG: Cookie Dough Bites

It’s Valentine’s Day!!! Which often leads to consuming lots of chocolate -- either because your loved hooked you up or this day sort of depresses you -- so you turn to chocolate because it fixes all the problems!!

It just does. No judgment here! But maybe instead of indulging in processed treats that will leave you feeling blah…try these “Cookie Dough Bites.”

I made my first batch last night and it won’t be my last. Trust me. These are good!

I got the recipe from a healthy cooking blog that I frequent called Laura Lea Balanced and she broke down why these are actually good for us: “Cookie dough bites are made from real food ingredients that contain fiber, healthy fats, protein, vitamin E and minerals like potassium and iron. Best yet, they're individually portioned!  As a result of said nutrition and portioning, one of these bites is satisfying, whereas traditional CCC dough is a never-ending craving (at least for me...)”

Thank you Laura Lea!!!

Ok. Happy Valentine’s Day y’all…just click HERE to get your “Cookie Dough Bites: on! FYI: Like I said in my Instagram post above, sprinkle some sea salt on them! So yum. Do it.
