∙The day before Whitney Houston died, her daughter Bobbi Kristina fell asleep in a bathtub at the Beverly Hilton Hotel - friends tried to get into the bathroom they found the door locked. The movie Sparkle, that stars Whitney Houston,  may be released earlier than planned. The film, also stars Jordin Sparks, was initially expected to hit theaters in August, but it could be out by Memorial Day.

∙Celine Dion telling it like it is:  On "Good Morning America" yesterday she said, quote, "Whitney has been an amazing inspiration for me . . .

It's just really unfortunate that drugs, bad people or bad influence took over.  It took over her dreams.  It took over her love and motherhood."

"When you think about Elvis Presley and Marilyn Monroe and Michael Jackson and Amy Winehouse, to get into drugs like that, for whatever reason. Is it because of the stress and bad influence?  What happens when you have everything?"  (--Here's video.)
