Secretary of State Hillary Clinton continues to be the most admired of all women throughout the world – making 2012 the eleventh year in a row that Mrs. Clinton has received the honor and her 17th time receiving the honor overall since 1993.
President Barack Obama has received the honor for the past five years in a row.
The top ten most admired men in 2012 actually listed eleven persons who are: President Barack Obama, Mitt Romney, President George H.W. Bush, President George W. Bush, President Bill Clinton, U.S. Rep. Ron Paul, Sen. John McCain, Nelson Mandela, Billy Graham, Pope Benedict XVI and the Dalai Lama.
The top ten most admired women in 2012 are: Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, First Lady Michelle Obama, Condolezza Rice, Sarah Palin, Oprah Winfrey, Malala Yousafzai, Aung San Suu Kyi, Margaret Thatcher, Queen Elizabeth, and Kate Middleton.
