In a new survey, about two in five people said they'd happily pay more for a home if they had quiet and trustworthy neighbors.

The average person would pay an extra 7% for their house . . . which works out to about $24,700.  Good neighbors are worth THAT much.

One out of 30 people said they'd be willing to pay an extra 20% on their house . . . that's around $71,000.
