A jury has ruled that an Oklahoma hospital must return a $500,000 donation back to Garth Brooks.

Garth donated the money to Integris Canadian Valley Regional Hospital in Yukon, Oklahoma in 2005 with the understanding that they would use the money to build a women’s center in honor of his late mother Colleen Brooks.

The country singer sued this hospital because they never built the center. The Boston Globe reports that the hospital will also pay Garth $500,000 in punitive damages in the breach-of-contract suit.
