37% of employers are going through your Facebook page before they hire you...and if you have "drunk" party photos...there is a good chance they won't hire you.
Its important to get rid of photos or posts you made if you have been drinking or upset about something.
There is some good news tho -
Of the employers who don't use social networking sites to get information on candidates, 15% say their company prohibits the practice.
11% report they don't use social media now but plan to start using it for screening.
