TAMPA, Fla. (970 WFLA) – Hillsborough County deputies are trying to identify two suspects wanted in connection with a robbery and home invasion of a 90-year-old victim.

Deputies said it happened Friday April 11 just before 2:30 p.m. near the area of Manhattan and Hanna.

According to deputies, two unknown suspects who represented themselves as roof repair men forced their way into the victim's residence.  They say one of the suspects pushed the victim down on the floor and stayed with him while the other suspect ransacked the master bedroom removing jewelry and then the suspects then fled in a truck.

Deputies said the victim was not injured.

Anyone with any information reference the suspect is asked to call the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office at 247-8200 or anyone with any information regarding the identity and whereabouts of this suspect and who wants to be eligible for a cash reward is asked to call crime stoppers at 1-800-873-tips (8477), report anonymously online at www.crimestopperstb.com or text "cstb plus your tip" to c-r-i-m-e-s (274637).

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office released the following descriptions.

Suspects description:

 #1 - white male, 30 - 49 years of age, approximately 5'7", 175 - 195 lbs., possible middle-eastern accent.

 #2 - white male, 30 - 49 years of age, approximately 5'7", 150 lbs.

Vehicle description:

Newer model silver Chevrolet Silverado extended cab with after market chrome rims. There is also a tonneau type cover over the bed of the truck.
